Wallet addresses — the destination address you provide to receive funds
Transaction data — swap amounts, currency pairs, and transaction IDs

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

Your name, email, phone number or any personal identity information
Government-issued ID or KYC documents — we never require KYC under any circumstances
IP addresses — we do not log or store IP addresses
Payment card or bank account information
Browsing history or tracking cookies

3. No KYC Policy

IronSwaps does not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. We do not request, collect, or store any identity documents or personal information at any stage of the swap process. This applies to all users regardless of swap size or frequency.

4. No AML Screening

IronSwaps does not perform AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening on standard swaps. Transactions with a high AML score in standard mode are refunded — not confiscated, not reported, not flagged. Users who wish to process high-AML coins may use our optional AML mode which routes output to XMR.

5. How We Use Your Information

Transaction data is used solely to process your swap. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.

6. Third Party Providers

Swaps are executed through our liquidity infrastructure. Our liquidity provider does not collect IP addresses or require KYC at any stage.

7. Cookies

IronSwaps does not use tracking cookies or analytics services. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking tools.

8. Data Retention

Transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete the swap. We do not maintain long-term records of user activity.

9. Blockchain Transparency

All cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains and are permanently visible. IronSwaps has no control over the transparency of blockchain data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
