IronSwaps is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange interface that facilitates swaps between digital assets. We act as an interface layer connecting users to third-party liquidity providers. We do not hold, store, or manage user funds beyond the brief window required to complete an exchange transaction.
By using IronSwaps, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
IronSwaps does not require account registration or identity verification to use the Service. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your country of residence.
You agree not to use IronSwaps for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service and block transactions we deem suspicious.
Our liquidity providers employ AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening tools. Transactions flagged with a high risk score may be completed normally, delayed, or refunded. We do not confiscate funds. In cases where a transaction cannot be completed, funds will be returned to the refund address provided, minus any applicable network fees.
Neither IronSwaps nor our liquidity providers will ever request KYC or any identity information from users. This is a core principle of our service. The only possible outcomes for a flagged transaction are successful completion or a refund — there is no KYC requirement at any stage of the process.
IronSwaps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate exchange rates, or the completion of any transaction. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and exchange rates may change between the time of a quote and the time of execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IronSwaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or data loss.
IronSwaps relies on third-party liquidity providers and blockchain networks to execute swaps. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party services, blockchain congestion, or network outages.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. Please double-check all wallet addresses before sending funds. IronSwaps is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
